  • backyard, Ottawa, Canada

  • terminator ~ 27° W

This was a big night for me.  I had my Atlas mount working again (via PC control), it was a Friday night, and the viewing conditions were forecast to be excellent.  I set up my whole rig with the intention of a long night of viewing; not just the moon but deep sky also.  Limiting magnitude was 4.0 to 4.5...pretty darn good for the middle of Ottawa!  The resulting 20 frame mosaic pic is one of my favourites.
